Holder of university degree or above, maritime university preferable 2. Good command of written and spoken English - grade 6 or above, Putonghua a must &ampamp Cantonese preferable 3. Min. 5 years experiences in port agency managerial level 4. Holder of ocean going ships senior deck officer cert. preferable. 5. Sound knowledge of ships, dry and wet bulk cargo operations. 6. Sound knowledge of Chinese ports and terminals. Requirements: 1. age below 40 with min. 3 years driving license 2. Excellent communication skill 3. Outstanding leadership and team player. 4. Integrity, honest and healthy condition 5. Willing to travel within but not limited various ports in China. 6. Proficiency in MS office and able to communicate by email. 7. Good connection works with ports, terminals and related Authorities in China. 8. Hard working and willing to work in odd hours. 9. Highly social, highly disciplinary, tolerant and with pleasant acter. 10. Sophisticated negotiation skill. 11. Highly result-oriented and strike for excellence. 12. Mature, smart, pro-active and work independently. 13. Focus on result, high performance and accountability. Main Responsibility: 1. To lead a team of operation/boarding staff and to supervise ships and cargo operations processes. 2. To administrate and monitor the teams schedules and daily work planning. 3. To prepare reports, meeting minutes and daily communication correspondence. 4. To attend and solve any problems arising on-site ships and cargo operations. 5. To handle and hold proper filing of offices &ampamp ships voyage records. 6. To detect and gather market and ports information for report on regular basis. 7. To attend ad-hoc functions assigned by the Company. Office location: Guangzhou. Remuneration: Negotiable subject to candidates qualification and experiences. Time to report: Immediately.
