任职要求/岗位职责

Responsibility:·?Input shipping data into the System for shipment booking.·?follow up nomination cargo and keep overseas agent d duly.·?Ensure customers ' requirements are duly followed up and transferred to all concerned parties.·?Answer queries provide professional customer services.·?Maintain close liaison with clients of all schedule/allocations changes/equipment situation· Assist trade team to carry out the day to day follow upRequirements:·?Be familiar with MS Office·?Excellent command of English (CET4 or above)·?Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese·?Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills工作地点：深圳接收简历的邮箱： szrecruit@sprc.mschkg.com
