职责描述：摘要：项目合同管理，支持项目跟踪及投标，项目合同条款审核谈判，协调法务团队完成项目合同内部审批，组织完成合同签署及移交。其他业务发展相关的协议合同及法律文件管理。Project contract management, support project pursue and bidding, review and negotiate contract terms and conditions, coordinate with legal team to complete internal approval process of the project contracts, lead the process of signing the project contracts and handover. Other business development related agreement, contract and legal documents management.1 执行或协助指定的项目合同管理活动。遵守指示及审批权限。Performs or assist on contract management activities of designated project. Maintain adherence to directions and Approval Matrix.2 了解并熟悉公司业务，执行各项业务发展类工作程序及其他相关程序；对持续改进现有工作流程及业务活动/程序提出适当的建议。Understand and be familiar with the business of the company, implement the business development procedures and other relevant procedures; suggest continuous improvement to current work process and overall business activities/procedures as appropriate.3 组织并全面参与项目跟踪、投标阶段的合同条款分析、审核、澄清及谈判等工作。根据工作需要，作为与法务团队对接接口。Lead and participate in the analysis, review, clarification and negotiation of contract terms and conditions during pursuit and bidding of the project. Work as the interface with legal team as required.4 完成项目合同签订，配合投标小组向项目管理团队对合同进行交底。组织合同执行情况分析。Lead the process of signing the contract, perform contract handover to project management team with Proposal team. Organize the analysis of the execution of the contract. Other duties as assigned.任职要求：1、大学本科Bachelor degree2、工程合同相关法律专业， 英语专业，工程类相关专业Engineering contract relevant major of the law, major of English or engineering.3、海洋工程、陆上工程行业知识，工程合同知识Knowledge of offshore engineering, onshore engineering, engineering contract4、5年项目合同审核管理5 Years Project contract review and management5、取得英语六级证书（英语专业则为八级证书），英文阅读、书写和口语表达熟练；有较强的语言交流能力，有较强组织能力；熟悉办公软件操作。With the certificate of CET Level 6（Level 8 for the major of English）, must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English;Strong language and communication skills, strong organizational skills; familiar with office software operation.
