Today operating a fleet of 414 vessels,4>职位描述: Key Accountabilities/Duties - To handle booking, service inquiries and account maintenance; - To resolve customer issues at first point of contact; - To ensure the accuracy of all reports and forecasts; - To provide customer assistance to utilize Companys service (equipment,routing); - To cooperate with other teams to handle the clients inquiries with professional service manner; - To maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor and communication;; - To work with sales team to achieve sales target, involve indoor sales function. Job Requirements: 1.University graduate, 2 years experience in Shipping company; 2.Self-motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality; 3.Willing to work under pressure; 4.Excellent English communication skills, with CET 6 or above is preferred; 5.Proficiency in MS Office, Execel and PowerPoint Processing.
