Each HSE advisor is to get actively involved in supporting and improving the tool box process. Prioritization will be given to high risk activities. Task risk assessment review Each HSE advisor will be responsible for ing a current risk assessment, taking it to the field and checking to see if the controls are implemented and understood by the workers. Major non-compliance will be communicated to Contractors via a field observation report. Field observation reports. Each HSE advisor will responsible for identifying improvement opportunities on Contractor’s work activities. This will be followed up with a documented field observation report. The findings of this will be logged onto the tracking register for close out in a timely manner. STOP cards Each HSE advisor will be responsible for ing a specific work activity and following up with a STOP card. All cards must be competed and handed over to the STOP card coordinator to ensure that it is included in the STOP card database (To commence when STOP is fully implemented) Scaffolding Each HSE advisor will be responsible for conducting a review on each of the rigs scaffolding structures. All major observations will be communicated to the site scaffolding foreman and followed up with a field observation report. TASK initiate Each HSE advisor will be responsible for providing documented feedback on improvement opportunities each current TASK theme (Confined space, work at height etc). This will allow identified improvement opportunities to be communicated to the site team. Shift hand-over. HSE advisors on both day and night shift will be responsible for completing a thorough and documented handover using the HSE department shift handover reporting system. Fire fighting Each HSE advisor will be responsible for conducting a thorough check on each rigs fire fighting equipment. Checks to include number of fire-extinguishers on hand, quality and testing of the extinguishers, provision of fire hose reels, maintenance of fire pump, provision of fire blankets etc. All areas of concern will be documented and sent to Contractors for rectification. Emergency response Each HSE advisor will be responsible for ensuring that Contractors conducts emergency response drills on at least a monthly basis. All drills to be followed up with a documented report showing areas for improvement. System Responsibility Listing + Participate in material receiving applicable under the System Responsibility Listing. + Review all material certification and VDB,s applicable under the System Responsibility Listing
