Contribute to continuous quality improvement. 2. 理解所有要求，为生产提供技术支持。分析技能基础、能力和资源，识别差距。制定和监控技术实施计划。 Understand all the requirements to support the technical side of the production. Analyze technical skill base, capabilities and resources, Recognize the gaps Make and monitor technical implementation plan 3. 协助培训部门制定培训所需的技术文件。 Assist the training department to make technology document for training 4. 与高级生产技术支持职责类似 Similar responsibilities with Senior PTS 5.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括： a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。 b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。 c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。 Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including: a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings. b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts. c) Actively promote positive safety culture. 6.公司代表安排的其他工作。 Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives. 任职资格: 工业工程、电子电气、机械、办公自动化等专业毕业；或者大专毕业有3年工作经验 Has undergraduate degree and major in industrial engineering, electron, electric, mechanism, electromechanical, etc. or 2 years college level with 3 years’ experience. 至少4年相关领域经验 Has at least 4 years’ experience in relative field 线束生产, 项目管理, 精益知识, 绘图软件2D,3D知识, MDP文件知识, 问题分析与解决（8D,5个为什么）生产工具知识 Wire & Cable production. Project management. Lean manufacture knowledge. Drawing Knowledge such as 2D, 3D. MDP document knowledge. Problem analyzing & solving skills (8D, 5-Why methodology). Knowledge about tooling for manufacturing. 良好的英语听说读写Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English 良好的沟通和团队合作Excellent Communication Skills and Teamwork 领导力Proven Leadership qualities 项目管理、计划能力和解决问题的能力Proven Project management, planning and problem solving skills
