Enable the production of products to meet customer demand.完善从研发到生产过程的控制,并且获得相关的操作规范.使生产的产品满足客户的需求。 ● Through the product width, weight and other acteristics of track and analyze the most suitable investment. Produce the most optimized products , reduce raw material consumption.通过对产品的宽度、重量等特性进行跟踪分析，以适合的投入.产生优化的产品,降低原材料损耗。 ● Through the analysis of abnormal ( ratio of colort, bubbles, impurities, etc. ). Cause sought to improve process control, improve the production process stability , to avoid similar mistakes happening again.通过对异常的分析(比例:颜色、气泡、杂质等，寻求发生原因完善过程控制，改善生产工艺稳定性，避免再次发生类似错误。 ● Assist in training the monitor, the captain and employees in operating skills.协助培训班长、机长及员工的操作技能。 ● When adding new equipment, provide necessary process conditions to ensure the equipment purchased is our most correct needs.当增加新设备时,提供工艺所需的条件,确保所购置的设备是我们的正确的需求。 ● Familiar with the entire operation process of mixing room.熟悉混料间的全部操作工艺过程。 ● Provide the equipment, safety,cost,5s and efficiency recommendations for improvement .对设备,安全,成本，5s,效率方面提供改进的建议。 ● Coordinated cooperation with relevant departments ( engineering, logistics, quality , research and development , procurement, security ) in the production process , and continuous improvement.在生产工艺过程上协调与相关部门(工程部、物流、质量、研发、采购、安全）相互合作，并且持续改进。 ● Improvement and push projects to develop other production manager.其它生产经理制定的改善项目。 ● training as production department reserve talented person .作为生产部储备人才培训。 Qualifications Needed: ● Bachelor degree or above.大学本科以上学历。 ● At least three years’ experience in chemical process areas, car interiors industry priority.至少2年化工工艺方面的经历，汽车内饰行业优先。 ● Relevant work experience in the automotive industry.相关的汽车行业工作经验。 ● Fluent in English.英语流利。 ● Good skill for computer. 电脑操作熟练。 此岗位接受优秀硕士应届毕业生！
