Present in 150 countries, GEFCO is4>职位描述: ACTIVITIES COLLECTION OF REQUIREMENTS Collect necessary client information for Gefco to conduct logistics solutions studies and researches. Analyze the figures : gain and loss, constraints, assets… Validate with client the options and technical orientations at study and installation phase. LOGISTICS STUDY PHASE the elaborated project plan which is agreed by the customer, makes studies for the establishment of new infrastructures or to increase the capacities and the productivities in the existing structures: Make studies integrating the constraints of cost, time and logistic service quality by using optimization and simulation techniques. Define and conceive the innovating and “optimizing” logistic solutions, in response to the identified problem by the customer, but also by anticipating their needs. Analyze the advantages and inconveniences of each solution, validate the assumptions Carry out the figuring and the techno-economic comparison of the solutions: evaluation of profits, estimation of necessary investments and technical support to be implemented, total cost… Propose the logistic diagrams allowing to answer the problem(s) identified, including various parts of the logistic chain: transport, storage, packaging, order preparation, information system on product flows and their piloting in general…; SOLUTIONS PRESENTATION TO THE CUSTOMER Participate to the preparation and, if necessary, to the synthesis file presentation to the customers. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE Assist the Logistic project manager for the realization of establishment studies Figures analysis: gain and loss, risks, cost constraints, time and quality, means… Elaborate the establishment proposals (plan) Make technical specifics for suppliers (handling equipment, storage, safety, marking,….) Starting assistance REENGINEERING PHASE Participate re-engineering of some activities to reach performance target (cost, quality,…) EXPECTED PERFORMANCE Results judged on the performance of the proposed solutions, in particular in terms of ease of exploitation and security, and on the accordance of the actual operation compared to the originally proposed solution (cost, quality, deadline) COMPETENCIES Collection and analysis skills Customer relationship Deadline evaluation and control Priority management KNOWLEDGE Language : Good English & Mandarin etc (both oral and written). Other desired languages: French is a + Computing knowledge : Familiar with Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access…) Knowledge of AutoCAD will be a + Other knowledge : 1- 2 years Experience in industrial logistics.
