Movimoda is looking for a senior plant manager. The candidate has to have a deep experience in managing HR resource, belonging to different departments, trough the coordination of key persons. He/SHE has to coordinate in an operative and efficient way the entire set of services that Movimoda provides into its Shanghai domestic hub. The main tasks the candidate has to manage and solve are: - Forecast analysis - Planning to be sure to have at the right time the right space, labor force, equipment. Our business is a high seasonal business with huge stress in terms of peak season and low season - Job supervision to guarantee the service level in terms of quality and speed - Productivity supervision to guarantee cost controlling - Problem solving attitude - Team working attitude - The candidates will report directly to the senior operation manager (Italian). KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS ? Strong orientation to achieve results. ? Good English level, both written and spoken. ? Sound experience in garment industry mainly in relation with quality control processes. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ? Knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus ?
