The detail works will include but not limited to the following items: - Process incoming & outgoing Emails & docs for the relevant projects if necessary. - Prepare & participate in the business negotiation if necessary. - prepare presentation materials & necessary business correspondence for GM. - Log and track assignments, outstanding issues & projects if necessary - Maintain/coordinate GM's major meetings and company’s important affairs. - Arrange transportation & accommodation for boss & relevant customers in appropriate way. - Perform other related duties as assigned such as sorting, filing, posting, placing telephone calls, translating/interpreting, typing. - Assist carry out certain business projects independently or as a team member as required. Requirement: 1.University degree, major in Marine technology or other relevant subjects. 2. Minimum three years relevant work experience in Marine industry. 3. It is preferred to have business experience in marine industry 4. Excellent in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. 5. Be good at communication and interpersonal skills 6. Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing and coordinating ability, team work spirit. 7. Strong sense of service, quick-response and highly efficient working style, Powerful sense of responsibility 8. Strong English language skill is a must. 9. Gender: Male only
