Position: Administrative
Assistant
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
-To act as a receptionist to internal and
external clients in communicating the Companys image as a high-quality service provider to all clients,
callers and visitors.
-Work
and manage the Companys telephone switchboard operation.
-Greet
and offer hospitality to visitors to the Company.
-Assist
in the housekeeping of Public Areas, ensuring that a professional Company image
is maintained at all times.
-Provide
support assistance within a variety of office functions, such as air
tickets&hotel booking ,travel arrangement, stationary management ,
translation work.etc.
-To
carry out any other duties as directed by the Administration Manager.
Requirements:
-3+
years working experience in Administration with a background working for
multinational corporations is highly desired;
-Fluency
in English and Mandarin.
-Strong
communication skills and professional telephone manner.
-Hands-on
usage of Mac is preferable.
-Ability to multitask between reception and administration duties.
