Dealing with sea and air inquiries and settling related problems. Maintaining good relationship with customers, agents and carriers. Keeping good communication in operation. To handle key accounts ocean operation and documentation; To well co-ordinate with local shippers, carriers, co-loaders, agents and overseas offices to ensure all shipments are moved smoothly as per customers requirement; Straightening out of problems which crop up between domestic suppliers and overseas consignees; Requirement: College degree or above. Minimum of 1 years experiences in similar position at foreign forwarding companies . Have experience in International Forwarder especially operation or customer service position Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit. Good in English， French speaking would be a great plus
