This is a departmental position which can be plugged onto all projects. +To implement logistics 〔transport, consolidation, storage…） strategies on all projects, SHIP OWNER activities requiring same. +To ensure short and safe transit, to optimize information time 〔paperwork accuracy, clearing agent control, transport anticipation） +To understand and efficiently follow local customs and maritime regulations in every country of shipment 〔construction and operation sites） +To negotiate transport costs, evaluate and find best transport options 〔tering or part tering vessels, to ensure project logistics cost control. 1.在所有的项目中执行物流（运输，储存----）战略 2.保证运输的高效与安全，优化进口时间（保证单据的准确性，控制清关代理，准确预估运输时间） 3.在每一个造船和经营船舶的国家和地区，了解并且遵守当地的风俗习惯和海洋作业时间的规律 4.洽淡运费，评估并选择运输公司（租船方或部分租船方），确保项目物流成本控制。 University degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics 〔ideally in the Oil and Gas Business）, good transport market overview and good knowledge of contract, tax, incoterms and logistics issues. Fluent in English. Other languages appreciated: Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. 本科以上学历，二年以上物流工作经验，在石油天然气行业优先，良好的运输行业前景分析技能，精通合同，税务和运输方面的知识。 英语流利，会以下几种语言优先考虑：葡萄牙语、西班牙语 要求：中英文简历，近照一张。
