He is the ＂Project Manager of the Package＂. The PKM can be the Package Buyer for criticality C or D packages. + To manage (.) the assigned package review of engineering documents (lDC for main packages) until Commissioning, + To liaise with the Package Engineer who is responsible for all technical aspects of the package + To be the primary point of contact with the Vendor on all matters related to the Package, + To liaise with the Group Corporate Supply Advisor (CPSA) for the Bidder List, benchmarking, synergies between Projects and problem faced with Vendors, + To participate in the RFQ preparation, bid clarification and vendor qualification, + To define the negotiation strategy with Buyer, PPM, Project Manager and Supply Chain Department Manager, + To approve the Package Bidder List, Commercial Bid Evaluation, Recommendation to Purchase and Purchase Requisition, + To manage the execution of the Purchase Order technically and commercially (order acknowledgement, bank guarantee, changes, claims, invoice signature...), + To manage the interfaces between vendor and engineering, + To ensure Vendor Documents are received, reviewed and approved on time in eCDR, + To receive, control and close the TQs, NCRs, SVRs in liaison with Engineering, + To make sure that PO execution is in line with Project schedule, + To manage the inspection, the delivery and receipt of the package at site with the help of the inspection, Expediting & Logistics team and Site Material Controller, + To ensure handover to project site construction team and if needed, to assist / participate in construction/integration,　pre-commissioning　and commissioning　activities, + To assess Vendors performance and provide feedback to the CPSA. 包装经理对所有分配给他的包装负责。是“包装的项目经理”，临界C或D包装的包装采购。 1. 管理指定包装的工程文件的审查至启用。 2. 与负责所有包装技术的包装工程师联络 3. 是供应商沟通所有与包装有关的事宜的主要环节 4. 与集团企业供应顾问（CPSA）沟通投标人名单、供应商项目和问题之间的基准和协调 5. 参与询价，投标澄清，供应商资格确认 6. 与采购员，项目组合管理，项目经理，供应链部门经理确立协商策略 7. 批准包装投标人名单，商业评标，建议购买和采购申请 8. 在技术和商业上管理采购订单的执行（订单确认，银行担保，变更，索赔，发票签字） 9. 连接供应商与工程师 10. 确保供应商文件能按时收到，审查。批准 11. 联络工程部，接受，控制，关闭TQs, NCRs, SVRs 12. 确保订单执行与工程计划一致 13. 在检验，催料与物流小组的协助下管理现场包装的查验，运输和接收 14. 确保移交给项目施工队伍，如有需要，协助/参与组建或集成的预调试和调试活动 15. 评价供应商，回馈信息给CPSA JOB REQUIREMENTS University degree, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas Business on a technical and commercial position or as Senior Buyer 本科学历，在石油与天让其行业的商业技术岗位至少有5年工作经验，或资深买家。 要求：中英文简历，近照一张。
